Yough Lake Campground reserves the right to cancel any reservation at anytime. The Youghiogheny River Lake is a flood-control facility maintained by the US Army Corps of Engineers (US ACE). All campsites are located within the flood zone. The US ACE maintains the right to flood the campground at any time. A full refund will be issued if Yough Lake Campground has to cancel a reservation due to flooding or weather.
The US ACE also maintains the right to drop the level of the lake at anytime. This could make the ramp, docks, and/or beach area at Yough Lake Campground unusable. Cancellations due to low water levels follow the same policy as our standard cancellation policy. Notice of cancellation must be given 14 days prior for a refund/reschedule.
There is a two night stay minimum for weekends. And a three night stay minimum for holiday weekends.
We offer overnight dock slips to registered campers who have current reservations. Dock slips are $30 per night.
